At Oasis Nail Spa, we value each of our guests and strive to create a welcoming, relaxing experience for everyone.
To ensure the highest level of service and comfort, we have established a few simple policies.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and if you are not completely happy with your service, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns!!
Refunds are not available after 24 hours from the date of service.
If a nail chips or breaks, we are happy to offer a complimentary fix within five (5) days of your original appointment.
Refunds or discounts cannot be provided based on color preference alone if the service was otherwise completed properly; however, we are always happy to adjust or modify the color to better suit your preference.
Please contact us if you anticipate arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment.
Appointments are not required unless you wish to book with a specific technician.
Oasis Nail Spa is not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged personal items, and all prices are subject to change without notice.
For your safety and comfort, please inform us of any health conditions, including allergies, sensitivity to temperature or pressure, circulatory conditions, or diabetes, prior to your service.
Our team will take extra care and do our best to accommodate your needs.
